"Your request didn't contain the proper sessionid cookie -- access denied!" error when logging into Webmail
This error occurs if you have more than 10MB of mail stored on our mail server longer than 7 days. Mailboxes are limited to 10MB. If more than 10MB of mail is stored on our server, you have a seven-day grace period to delete your mail. This will also occur if you have more than 20MB of mail on our server at any time.
If you are seeing this error, it means that your seven days have past, or you have more than a total of 20MB of mail. You will need to call our customer service office at 1-800-683-5731 to have your mailbox emptied.
