Andiamo Telecom has partnered with Spam Control Technologies to provide spam and virus protection for your email - Spam Control Technology’s "Spamcow".
SpamCow processes all of your incoming mail in two stages:
SpamCow is always active. However, if you want to see the messages that have been blocked because of the spam score, or if you want to change the settings, you’ll need to activate the account. Start by going to www.spamcow.com and clicking on the "Login" link under the logo.

Activate your account. by clicking on the link as shown:

Enter your complete email address (including the “@andiamo-tel.com”) and choose a password. This can be the same as your email password or it can be different if you choose.
After you click the sign up button check your email. Click on the link provided to activate your account and log into SpamCow.
After you log in to SpamCow you will be shown a list of all messages marked as spam from the past 14 days. You will also see if any messages were blocked for viruses.
If you click on the sender’s email address the message will open so you can evaluate the contents without having to download the message to your computer. On the main page, you are given four options for each message:

Delete - All messages that are not delivered to your inbox are kept in SpamCow for 14 days. Once you’ve processed the message you can use Delete to remove it from the list before the 14 days.
Blacklist Sender - This will prevent any mail from the sender from reaching you regardless of its spam score.
Whitelist Sender – If the message is not spam, you can whitelist the sender so that any mail received from that email address is delivered to you regardless of its spam score. Use this if you ever find a message from someone from whom you want to receive mail blocked in SpamCow.
Send to Inbox – This will deliver the message to you as it were not blocked. If a message from a sender that you don’t want blocked is listed in SpamCow, the most common options are to click both “Whitelist Sender” and “Send to Inbox” so that the message is delivered to your email program and future messages are not blocked.
Once you’ve made your selections on all the listed messages, click “Whitelist, Blacklist, Resend” to confirm your choices.
You can change your settings by clicking on the "Account Settings" link in the upper right corner of the web page. On this screen you will have the option of allowing SpamCow to allow all mail though to your inbox.

The "Forward Spam" option makes SpamCow send all messages that would normally be blocked as spam to your inbox. Use this option with care because it will keep SpamCow from filtering any spam. The drop-down box gives you the option of marking the subject of the message so that you can set up your email program to process messages that SpamCow thinks are spam. Many people prefer this option so that they don’t have to check the SpamCow website.
