If you haven't already, set up your dialup or DSL connection using the appropriate setup guide.

Open Outlook Express.
Click the "Tools" menu.
Click "Accounts".
Click on the "Mail" tab.
The Internet Accounts window will open. Click "Add"
- If there is anything in the accounts list and you are not using any other email service, click on the account, click "Remove" and click "Yes" on the confirmation.
- If you are setting the computer up to check more than one email account, leave the other accounts alone and continue.
Click "Mail".
The Internet Connection Wizard will open.
In the "Display name" box, type the name that you want recipients of your mail to see. (This is usually your real name.)
Click NEXT.
Enter your full email address (username@andiamo-tel.com).
Click NEXT.
Leave the first box on "POP3".
In the "Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server" box, type mail.andiamo-tel.com.
In the "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server" box, type smtp.andiamo-tel.com.
Click NEXT.
Your username will already be filled in for you.
Enter your password. (If you don't want to type your password every time you check mail, check the "Remember Password" box.
Do NOT check "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA).
Click FINISH.
Click CLOSE.
