Microsoft Outlook Express 4 Setup

  • If you haven't already, set up your dialup or DSL connection using the appropriate guide.
  • Open Outlook Express.
  • Click the "Tools" menu, and click "Accounts".
  • The Internet Accounts window will open. Click "Add" and then "Mail...".
  • The Internet Connection Wizard wil open. In the "Display name" box, type the name that you want recipients of your mail to see. (This is usually your real name.)
  • Enter your full email address (username@andiamo-tel.com).
  • Leave the first box on "POP3".
  • In the "Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server" box, type mail.andiamo-tel.com.
  • In the "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server" box, type smtp.andiamo-tel.com.
  • Click NEXT.
  • Leave the default selection on "Log in using". Your username will already be filled in for you.
  • Enter your password in the "Password" field and click NEXT.
  • The "Internet mail account name" field will be filled in for you. Just click NEXT.
  • In the Choose Connection Type window, select "Connect using my phone line", or if you are a DSL customer select "Connect using my local area network (LAN)".
  • Select "Use an existing dial-up connection", click the Andiamo connection, then click NEXT.
  • Click FINISH
